Brand strategies
In addition to the transactional and prosecution work, we can provide clients with an overall assessment of their branding strategy. In the case of existing portfolios, we review the management of the brands against the objectives of the business and look for ways to make the branding more effective. We provide related advice on packaging and marketing issues.
For clients in the initial stages of developing a brand, we help them to formulate all aspects of their branding strategies, including contracts with the consultants and others who may be involved in devising the brand to the steps needed to properly secure the investments in the forms of the brand to be commercialised. We can maintain and provide reports on our clients’ brands, and on competing brands where necessary, and help our clients ensure that they are using their brands consistently.
