In particular, our commercial lawyers have a deep understanding of the requirements of intellectual property transactions. They advise our clients on how best to protect and enhance their investments.

We provide the full range of corporate advisory services in relation to transactions and corporate governance issues. We draft and advise on constitutions, prepare and advise on documents for meetings of corporations and related procedural matters and conduct related dealings with regulatory bodies.

We are also experienced in due diligence assessments associated with transactions, manage corporate compliance issues, undertake compliance reviews and establish compliance programs.
