Courtney is a lawyer in the litigation team. She advises on a range of commercial disputes, including proceedings involving copyright infringement and other forms of intellectual property litigation.
Courtney also has several years experience in media and defamation law, as well as in general commercial litigation and contractual disputes.
Courtney has a degree in law from Bond University and is currently undertaking her masters of law, specialising in media and sports law and copyright litigation.
