Designs

We provide design registration services in Australia and New Zealand and a full range of commercial services in relation to designs: preparing assignments and licences, other forms of commercialisation, advising clients on ownership and investment structures and providing corporate advice related to the development of design properties.

We also provide design litigation services. We have experience in infringement proceedings in the Federal Court and in cases involving the overlap between copyright and design protection.
