Eli Fisher      
   
 

Eli is a lawyer in the media and corporate teams. He advises on a range of media disputes, including litigation involving defamation and vilification, and general commercial and contractual issues, with a particular focus on copyright and trade practices.

Eli was awarded the 2010 CMCL Medal by Justice Michael Kirby as the 'new voice in media and communications law' throughout Australia and New Zealand. He made the University of New South Wales Dean’s List for censorship, contempt and media law. He has also been published in Media and Arts Law Review on media law issues relating to contempt and scandalising the court.

He has a degree in arts from Monash University and a degree in law from the University of New South Wales.
