We provide a range of legal services to clients entertainment industries: music, film, gaming, visual arts, television, book publishing, live performances and digital videos and games. Our lawyers are familiar with industry practice and relevant codes of conduct. We advise on agreements with creators and content providers and on distribution, packaging and marketing issues. We also advise on related issues, such as branding or communications strategies and rights or obligations arising under trade practices and media law.

We are experienced in litigating all forms of entertainment industry disputes, typically concerning the interpretation of provisions governing tariffs or royalties, questions relating to the duration, scope or termination of contractual arrangements but also including employment issues.
