We are often asked to provide lawyers to work in-house to help clients from time to time, such as during acquisitions, or to help with a leave vacancy.

Many of our lawyers have come from in-house positions (including from clients of the firm) and we have a deep knowledge of the industries in which our clients operate.

We know that you sometimes need to concentrate on major projects. We can provide as little or as much help as you need – undertake research, draft correspondence, review contracts, write board papers, manage AGMs, or just provide a sounding board.
