Commercialisation

We advise on the use and protection of confidential information and trade secrets and the impact of regulatory frameworks on a range of sectors (including in connection with complicated and changing regulatory environments such as in the pharmaceutical and communications industries).

Litigation
Our lawyers are expert in all aspects of intellectual property litigation: anti-piracy, copyright enforcement, patent infringement and revocation proceedings, patent-related judicial review and trade mark infringement and opposition proceedings. We have acted on behalf of local and international clients in landmark intellectual property litigation and at every level from urgent interlocutory applications, in trials and on appeal.
Our experience in patent litigation is across a range of inventions, including pharmaceutical compounds and dosage formulations, medical devices, electronic technologies and mechanical devices.
