Jeanette Hoogstad

Jeanette is special counsel with over 15 years experience as a commercial lawyer advising on a wide variety of commercial transactions. Jeanette was previously senior corporate counsel with a leading manufacturer and has worked extensively in the FMCG sector.

Jeanette advises on:

• drafting and negotiating manufacturing, supply, distribution, procurement, service and licensing agreements

• marketing law, especially marketing related materials such as websites, advertisements, product claims, packaging, conditions and permits for competitions and product promotions, and privacy and spam law

• food law, including consumer protection, food standards and trade measurements

• employment agreements and disputes

She has degrees in Arts and Law from the University of New South Wales.
