Julia Jenkins

Julia is a senior associate with experience in drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of agreements and transactions, including research and development agreements, joint venture arrangements, licensing, commercialisation of patents and technology, software development and franchising.

Julia has particular experience in drafting and commercial work for the food manufacturing and distribution sectors. She also advises on a range of intellectual property related and commercial issues, including trade practices compliance, competition law and general corporate advice.

She has degrees in medical science and law (Honours) from the University of Technology, Sydney.
