Patents

We are experienced in patent litigation at interlocutory, trial and appeal stages, including appeals for the judicial review of decisions of the Commissioner of Patents. Our lawyers have conducted revocation and infringement proceedings particularly in relation to pharmaceutical patents, but also in relation to patents for other technologies.

We are also experienced in the transactional work associated with the commercialisation of patents: drafting patent assignments and licences and agreements for the research and development of technologies which may later be the subject of patents.
