Peter is one of Australia’s most respected intellectual property practitioners.
Over more than 20 years as a litigator and advisor, Peter has been involved in a number of landmark cases in Federal Court and High Court and in numerous proceedings in the Copyright Tribunal.
He is currently chairman of the Australian Copyright Council and has extensive experience in policy development as a member and chairman of several government and industry committees on intellectual property and related matters.
For a number of years, Peter has been ranked as a leading lawyer by Chambers Global and in other legal directories and in March 2011 appeared in the list of Best Lawyers of Australia in the Australian Financial Review.
He has degrees in arts and law from the University of Sydney.
