Richard Fiora

Richard is one of the foundation partners of the firm. He provides advice on all aspects of commercial transactions and on clients’ corporate law requirements. He has 20 years' experience in negotiating and documenting commercial arrangements.

Richard is particularly experienced in asset transfers and research and development agreements. His clients include research organisations and universities, statutory corporations, primary industry bodies, software developers, publishers and media operators.

Richard has degrees in arts from Flinders University of South Australia and law from the University of New South Wales.
