Simon Kneebone

Simon is a partner and a lawyer and registered patent attorney in Australia and New Zealand. He specialises in trade mark and design law and has experience in protection and enforcement strategies for clients in the pharmaceutical, food, electronics, information technology, clothing and automotive industries. He belongs to several local and international intellectual property protection organisations and has been a council member of the New Zealand Institute of Patent Attorneys.

Simon joined Banki Haddock Fiora in 2000. He was previously a partner of a firm of patent attorneys in New Zealand.

He has degrees in arts and law from Victoria University, Wellington.
