Sneha is a member of the trade marks team. She advises on pre-use clearances, opposition and removal proceedings and infringement.
Sneha also has experience as a copyright lawyer, having advised clients on copyright and moral rights issues including infringement, breach of contract and dispute resolution. She has previously worked as in-house legal counsel, advising on corporate governance and compliance.
Sneha has degrees in arts and law from the University of New South Wales.
