Harerta joined Banki Haddock Fiora as a lawyer in 2022 and has been admitted to practice in Australia since 2017.

Harerta has a keen interest in Trade Marks law, and Intellectual Property law broadly.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked as the Deputy Associate and subsequently the Associate to her Honour Judge Baird in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Division 2 (FCFCoA). Her Honour is the National Intellectual Property List Judge of the FCFCoA. This experience allows her to advise businesses of their Intellectual Property rights and obligations.
